Most business owners don’t need more features — they need a clear path forward, a thinking partner who knows the platform, and systems that actually fit their life.
This is a relationship, not a retainer. Starts at $297/month.
HighLevel is powerful. You knew that when you signed up. But somewhere between the promise of the platform and the reality of your calendar, your clients, and your actual capacity — it stalled.
Before anything else — are you managing one account, or many? This determines everything about how we work together.
You’re a coach, consultant, real estate professional, or service provider who signed up for HighLevel and hasn’t fully cracked it — or got partway there and stalled.
You’re running a HighLevel agency — multiple clients, multiple subaccounts — and you need someone who can review how everything is structured, not just answer questions.
Account scope matters: Standard support plans are designed for one designated HighLevel account. If you manage multiple accounts or subaccounts, those plans are not the right container. The agency pathway exists for exactly that reason — and trying to fit agency-level work into a personal support plan will frustrate both of us.
Read this carefully. The right fit matters more than the sale.
Don’t overthink the tier. The difference is access frequency and feedback depth — not a fundamentally different relationship. When in doubt, start with Foundation.
Right for you if: You need a consistent monthly touchpoint and a place to ask questions without needing hands-on time every week.
Not included: build-outs, done-for-you work, same-day responses, or multiple account support.
Apply for Foundation (founding members) →Right for you if: You want more frequent touchpoints, faster response windows, and deeper feedback on what you’re building.
Not included: building things for you, live emergency support, or technical troubleshooting that belongs in a development scope.
Apply for Partner (founding members) →One account only: Both plans support a single designated HighLevel account. If you have more than one account you’d like reviewed, please see the agency consulting section below. Attempting to cover multiple accounts under a personal support plan is outside scope and will be redirected.
I say this from care, not caution: the clearer we are on how we can help each other, the better this works for both of us.
Strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making. Not screen-sharing tutorials, watching you build in real time, or implementation work dressed as a strategy question.
Questions answered in a few sentences or a short Loom. Not live troubleshooting, extended back-and-forth threads, or “can you just jump on a quick call” requests.
Foundation: 2 business days, M–F. Partner: next business day. No weekend responses. No same-day turnarounds. Launch emergencies are a project conversation.
If what you need is someone to build your systems for you, I offer project-based engagements at a different investment level. I’ll always tell you clearly when something is outside the support container.
On commitment: These plans work best with a 3-month minimum — not to lock you in, but because the people who get the most from this kind of support are the ones committed to actually building something. If you need to pause, we’ll talk through it. If after 90 days it’s not the right fit, we part well.
If you’re running a HighLevel agency — overseeing subaccounts for multiple clients — what you need isn’t a personal support plan. You need strategic consulting: someone who can review how your systems are structured, evaluate client onboarding and workflows, and help you scale without recreating chaos for every new client.
Referral note for agency owners: If you have clients who are individual business owners with single HighLevel accounts and they need their own support, I’m happy to discuss referral arrangements. The support relationship would be directly between me and your client, with clear boundaries around what I do and don’t share.
If you don’t yet have a HighLevel account, or if you’re on a plan that doesn’t match your current needs, I’m happy to walk you through your options. I have an affiliate relationship with the platform — which means I may receive a commission if you sign up through my link, and which also means I can offer additional onboarding support and resources not available through a generic signup.
There’s no pressure here, and this support is available to you regardless of how or when you came to the platform. If you already have an account through another affiliate or direct, nothing changes. I’ll tell you if there’s a plan upgrade worth considering — and I’ll tell you just as honestly if there isn’t.
