We built Aligned Growth Agency on a simple belief: when clients understand what they're buying, they make better decisions — and better decisions build better businesses. That's good for you, and it's how we prefer to work.
We want you to stay because you keep receiving value — not because leaving feels complicated or unclear.
That's why we take time to explain the difference between strategy, software, hosting, implementation, and ongoing support. These aren't interchangeable — and knowing the difference helps you stay in the driver's seat of your own business.

Strategy
The thinking behind your systems — your positioning, your client journey, the plan that guides everything else. This lives with you.
Software
The tools and platforms used to run your business — like your CRM or booking system. Software is typically licensed, not owned outright.
Hosting
Where your website and data actually live. Hosting is an ongoing service — it keeps your digital presence active and accessible.
Implementation
The one-time (or project-based) work of building, configuring, and launching your systems. Once done, this work is complete.
Ongoing Support
Maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and continued strategy — an active partnership for clients who want continued hands-on help. This is optional, not required.

What belongs to you — always.
Your business is yours. Regardless of which services you use or which platforms are involved, these things belong to you:
Your domain name
If your domain is registered in your name — through GoDaddy, Namecheap, or any other registrar — you own it outright. We will never register a domain on your behalf without making this clear.
Your business identity
Your brand name, your logo, your story, your values. These are yours. We help you express and present them — we don't hold them.
Your original content
Your copy, your photos, your videos, your intellectual property. Content you create is yours — whether it lives on our platform or not.
Your customer relationships
Your contacts, your clients, your community. We help you organize and serve them — but they are your relationships, not ours.

Depending on the services you've selected, some elements transfer easily- Others may involve third-party platforms or hosting arrangements that have their own processes.
We will always communicate those details openly — anytime you ask. You should never have to guess about what happens to your data or your digital presence.
